Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging, noting that for hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.

Securely place your jewelry in its original branded box and protective outer packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
